British-Pakistani Father Raja Qudoos Banaras & Son Drown in Malta During Family Holiday
A heartbreaking incident occurred in Malta where a British-Pakistani man and his young son drowned while on vacation. The victims have been identified as Raja Qudoos Banaras from Islamabad and his son.
According to local reports, the family was enjoying a day at the beach when strong waves suddenly pulled the child into deep water. Raja Qudoos immediately jumped into the sea to save him, but both were swept away by the powerful current.
Rescue teams rushed to the scene and launched a search operation. After some time, both father and son were pulled from the water and moved to a nearby hospital. Sadly, doctors confirmed their deaths.
Police have stated that this appears to be a tragic accident, and no foul play has been found. The family has contacted the Pakistani High Commission for help in bringing the bodies back home.
Relatives in Islamabad are deeply shocked. Neighbours and friends are gathering at the family home to offer condolences, and the entire community is mourning the devastating loss.
