Farhan Saeed Reveals Shocking Truth Behind ‘Tich Button’ Flop

Pakistani singer and actor Farhan Saeed recently opened up about the challenges faced during the making of his film Tich Button in an appearance on podcast. The film, starring Farhan alongside Iman Ali, Sonya Hussyn, and Feroze Khan, struggled during production and release, which ultimately affected its performance.

Farhan explained, “When you connect with a project, but people in the team are not sincere or there are problems, it affects the success. Iman Ali didn’t have any issues, but the casting was not right. There were unprofessional people involved. I give my 100 percent when I sign a project, but sometimes old-school habits like being late or throwing tantrums make a difference.”

He also described the shoot as particularly difficult, especially in Nankana Sahib in temperatures of minus 2 degrees. Farhan praised the professionalism of certain members of his team, saying, “Qavi Sahab, Gul-e-Rana, Sohail Sahab, Samiya Mumtaz, and Raahila Agha were amazing and dedicated. They worked hard and stayed professional throughout.”

Despite the hurdles, Farhan highlighted that the film provided valuable learning experiences and credited those who remained committed. He jokingly added, “The Button got ‘Tiched’ because of multiple mistakes and issues in the project. If I get another chance, I won’t work the same cast again.”

Tich Button, released in 2022, was written by Faiza Iftikhar and directed by Qasim Ali Mureed, and Farhan’s candid reflections shed light on the behind-the-scenes difficulties often encountered in Pakistani film production.
