Rashee Rice Accused of Domestic Abuse by Ex-Girlfriend Dacoda Nichole, Chiefs Aware of Allegations

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver, Rashee Rice, is facing serious allegations after his former girlfriend, Dacoda Nichole, accused him of years of domestic abuse. On the evening of January 7, 2026 (ET), Dacoda shared a series of photos and a lengthy note on social media detailing the abuse she claims to have endured during their relationship. According to Dacoda, Rashee Rice engaged in a pattern of physical and emotional abuse over nearly eight years, continuing even after their breakup a few months ago. Along with photos showing her injuries and damage to her home, including broken cabinets and a hole in the wall, she wrote:

“I’m so tired of keeping quiet. I’m so tired of protecting his image. I’ve been through too much in a span of 8 years, and I’ve had ENOUGH! I’ve dealt with abuse for years, and this man and I decided to break up a couple of months ago, and since then, it’s been nothing but hell. He’s very controlling. There have been times he’s come to my new home, broken my door.”

Claims of abuse during pregnancy and other troubling incidents

Dacoda further alleged that Rashee Rice hit her while she was pregnant and locked her outside in freezing temperatures after being caught cheating. She also claimed that he destroyed her personal belongings and neglected his responsibilities toward her children:

“There have been times when he would put his hands on me while I was pregnant, and even had the audacity to lock me outside all night in ten-degree weather because he got caught cheating. He’s cut up all my shoes and clothes, leaving me with nothing because he’s gotten caught up. And there are multiple instances of cheating, but besides that, I’m just tired of him not doing right by my boys. It’s not fair that he doesn’t call them. He would rather be laid up with h*es.”

Dacoda added that she has had to beg Rice for financial support and accused him of trying to remove her and her children from their home:

“He’s now trying to remove my kids and me from our home for no apparent reason. I’ve known this man for YEARS. He tries to put on this persona like he’s Dad of the Year. He does the bare minimum, and I have to beg for that. I’ve protected his image too long, and I’m done doing that. It’s time to protect my peace, protect my children and stand up for myself.”
