Pakistan at UN rejects Indian false claim over Jammu and Kashmir.

The latest rejection came from Pakistan’s delegate Jawad Ali.

While speaking in the UN General Assembly,  he rebuffed Indian integral part claim as false.

He made clear that India has no other status than that of an occupier.

Jawad Ali was responding to the Indian delegate Vidisha Maitra’s reaction after Pakistani Ambassador Munir Akram exposed New Delhi’s human rights abuses in the illegally occupied Kashmir.

Munir Akram also exposed the design of BJP-RSS extremists against Pakistan.

Moreover, Jawad Ali said like all occupiers and colonizers of the past, India wants to physically, politically and psychologically crush the indigenous Kashmiri struggle for right of self-determination.

He said today’s India has become a nightmare for its minorities and its current leadership has sacrificed every trapping of secularism.

Meanwhile,  United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres called upon nuclear-armed India and Pakistan to “come together and seriously discuss their problems.

He expressed these views, while answering a question from APP during his first press conference in 2021.

Guterres made clear that both the countries had no military solution to the decades-old conflict.

Furthermore, he warned of the disaster of of unmitigated proportions for both countries and for the whole world in any military confrontation.

He said he stood by his statement of 08 August last year. That called for the resolution of the Kashmir dispute based on UN resolutions and the UN Charter.

He reiterated his offer for availability of his good offices for mediation.

The UN secretary general underlined it absolutely essential to have a de-escalation of the situation.

He was referring to the Line of Control in the disputed Kashmir region.
