Biden apologises to Ukrainian president
US President Joe Biden apologized to his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky for delaying military aid in the war against Russia.

Biden further said that you (Ukraine) did not give up and fought in an extraordinary way. The US will also stand with Ukraine, he added.
On the occasion, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said that the US support in the war against Russia was very important for them. We are sure that you (US) will be with us completely, he said.
On the other hand, the US Ministry of Defence said in a statement that the new military aid package to Ukraine will include ammunition and anti-aircraft missiles.
