Shaheen, wife Ansha expecting their first child

Star Pakistan pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi is expected his first child with wife Ansha Afridi.
Speculations were made regarding his participating in the upcoming two match Test series against Bangladesh.
“Shaheen can miss Bangaladesh Test matches due to childbirth,” red-ball coach Jason Gillispie told media. “We can give him [some] rest if he wants to stay with his wife till then.”
The couple tied the knot in February 2023 at the Zakaria Mosque in Karachi. Their wedding and valima took place later in September last year.
The red-ball games are scheduled to be played in Rawalpindi and Karachi.
Shaheen has been recently in the limelight following the revelations that he misbehaved with the coaches and management staff.
