PTI leaders caught over Imran’s confrontation policy
The Anti-Terrorism Court approved PTI founder Imran Khan’s 6-day physical remand in the September 28 case.
Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Amjad Ali Shah heard the case of inciting protests in Rawalpindi on September 28 against founder PTI in Adiala Jail, during which Imran Khan’s lawyer and government prosecutor gave arguments.
During the hearing, Public Prosecutor Zaheer Shah requested another 15 days physical remand of PTI founder, which was rejected by the court.
Later, the court handed Imran Khan over to the police on 6-day physical remand and ordered him to appear again on December 2.
It may be noted that a case has been registered against founder of PTI for inciting protests in Rawalpindi on September 28, in which his 5-day physical remand was granted earlier.
A few days ago, Imran Khan was arrested in the September 28 case after getting bail in the Toshakhana 2 case.
