Pakistan, Belarus Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Ties
ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar met Belarusian Energy Minister Dzenis Maroz at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad.
During the meeting, both sides expressed satisfaction with the positive progress in Pakistan-Belarus relations. They also recalled the visits of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko to Islamabad and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to Minsk.
Both sides agreed to maintain high-level contacts and further strengthen bilateral ties.
The two officials discussed ways to expand cooperation in trade, industry, agriculture and connectivity. They also agreed to strengthen institutional mechanisms to turn the growing bilateral relationship into practical and mutually beneficial projects.
