WATCH: Bushra Ansari slams dowry, shares painful experiences of sons-in-law

Pakistani showbiz star Bushra Ansari has severely criticized those who demand dowry but do not take care of their wives.

In her video shared on YouTube, Bushra said that parents marry their daughters with great aspirations, but some people do not value their sacrifices.

The actress revealed that she even gifted houses to her son-in-laws for the sake of her daughters, but despite that she did not get respect. She said that she treated her son-in-laws like sons but they disappointed her.

She used harsh words for those who take dowry in the name of marriage and termed them as ‘disrespectful’.

She further said that such people do not even take care of their wives after marriage and do not even bear the expenses of children after divorce.

Bushra Ansari praised the laws like Saudi Arabia and said that at the time of marriage, the husband has to give a house to wife.

While commenting on Bushra Ansari’s video, social media users criticized her sons-in-law and raised questions about the condition of her daughters.

Many users also speculated that the actress’ daughters are divorced, but Bushra Ansari did not give any explanation about this.
