According to foreign media reports, Saudi authorities have contacted the legendary Oscar-winning composer Hans Zimmer to create a new national anthem for the country, a senior Saudi official said.

They have decided to create a new national anthem to further improve their image at the global level.
Hans Zimmer has won Oscars for The Lion King in 1995 and Devon in 2022, and has also scored other classic films such as Gladiator, Rain Man and The Dark Knight Trilogy of Batman.
The chairman of the General Entertainment Authority of Saudi Arabia, Turki Al-Sheikh, shared this news on Twitter and a picture of himself and Hans.
He wrote that he talked a lot about the future project, we also talked a lot about re-composing the national anthem of Saudi Arabia with different instruments.
