Humaima Malik says media doesn’t make stars

Pakistani actor Feroz Khan’s sister and well-known actress Humaima Malik came out in favour of his brother after a video of him arguing with a female journalist following his late arrival at a press conference went viral.
Humaima Malik shared a video in her Instagram story and said that she usually does not say such things, but today she wants to say that whether it is an actor, celebrity, YouTuber or TikToker, the media does not make her a star.

She further explained that media is only a means through which they reach out to the people, while the real fame and popularity comes from the fans.
In this regard, Humaima Malik also shared a poll in her Instagram story, in which she asked, “Do stars make fans?”
According to the results of the poll, 91 per cent of the people agreed with her opinion that the popularity of stars is not due to the media but their fans.
