China says will continue to support Pakistan in combating terrorism

China strongly condemns the terrorist attack on Jafar Express.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning said: “We have seen reports of terrorism and strongly condemn this terrorist attack.

“China strongly opposes terrorism in any form and we will continue to firmly support Pakistan in its fight against terrorism,” she said.

According to the spokesperson, China is ready to strengthen counter-terrorism and security cooperation with Pakistan, China is ready to keep the region peaceful, safe and stable.

On the other hand, the UN Secretary General also condemned the terrorist attack on the passenger train in Pakistan.

A spokesman for the UN Secretary-General said, “We condemn any incident of hostage-taking, we are monitoring the situation of taking train passengers hostage, the hostages should be released immediately.”
