Punjab to announce annual exam results on this day
The Punjab Education Department has announced that the annual examination results for classes one to eight will be declared on Friday, April 4, following Eid ul-Fitr. This marks a change from the usual announcement date of March 31.
As the results will be announced during the Eid holidays, teachers, class in-charges, school heads, and relevant non-teaching staff will be required to return to schools to ensure the smooth announcement of results.
To honor academic achievements, ceremonies will be held in all government schools, where position holders and other students will be presented with awards.
According to the Punjab Teachers Union and various teachers’ organizations, the examination results have already been finalized, ensuring that the announcement proceeds without any delays.
