Football legend Cristiano Ronaldo has once again topped Forbes’ list of the world’s highest-paid athletes. This marks the third consecutive year—and fifth time overall—that the Portuguese star has led the rankings.

Ronaldo, currently playing for Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr, earned an estimated $275 million over the past year. Of that amount, $15 million came from endorsements and brand deals, driven by his global fame and massive social media presence.

Following Ronaldo on the list are NBA star Stephen Curry with $156 million, boxer Tyson Fury with $146 million, NFL quarterback Dak Prescott with $137 million, and footballer Lionel Messi with $135 million.

The announcement comes as Ronaldo celebrates turning 40, continuing to make headlines not just for his income but also for his performance. He recently became the first footballer in history to score 900 career goals—a record that highlights his unmatched consistency and determination across leagues and competitions.

From a small town in Madeira to global superstardom, Ronaldo’s journey remains an inspiration to millions.
