Hira Mani Draws Online Backlash After Sharing Lip-Sync Video on Pakistani Song ‘Jhol’

20 May, 2025 14:38

Pakistani actress Hira Mani is once again in the spotlight after sharing a dramatic lip-sync video on the trending Pakistani song Jhol.

Known for her energetic vibe and strong performances in popular dramas like Do Bol, Mere Paas Tum Ho, and Yakeen Ka Safar, Hira continues to be a fan-favorite on screen. She’s currently appearing in the drama serial Dayan, alongside Mehwish Hayat and Ahsan Khan, where her role is getting a warm response.

A regular on Instagram, Hira often posts videos of herself singing or dancing. Her latest reel—featuring playful expressions and gestures while dressed in a round-neck outfit with mirror detailing—has stirred mixed reactions online. While she seemed to enjoy making the video, many viewers didn’t hold back in the comments section.

One user sarcastically wrote, “You’re so pretty, why don’t you become dear to God too?” Another asked, “What exactly do you want from this world? Why do you keep doing this?” A comment read, “You won’t look like a child just by making child-like faces,” while someone else added, “A failed attempt at trying to look cute.”

Despite the criticism, Hira remains unapologetically herself, often choosing self-expression over public opinion.

Earlier, Hira Mani also made headlines for responding to Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut’s anti-Pakistan comments. In a cheeky Instagram post, Hira wrote that Hrithik Roshan “already sent you flying once” and added, “Our army has already given a befitting reply.”
