Update for Punjab Kisan Card Holders on Payment Withdrawals

The Government of Punjab has released financial aid to eligible farmers under the Chief Minister’s Wheat Support Program. This assistance has been successfully deposited into the accounts of registered Kisan Card holders across the province.

However, agriculture officials have noted that a large number of recipients have not yet withdrawn their allocated funds. The Agriculture Department emphasized that this support is aimed at helping farmers cover growing agricultural expenses, especially due to increasing input costs.

Deadline to Withdraw Funds

Farmers are strongly advised to withdraw their payments by July 7, 2025, as any remaining balance after this date will be returned to the government treasury.

The administration has requested all beneficiaries to check their accounts and visit the nearest bank or designated withdrawal center without delay. Timely action is essential to ensure that no eligible farmer misses out on this vital support.
