Before activation, your CNIC is verified to ensure it’s not on any blocked or fraudulent list. Once cleared, the bank creates your IBAN account—but it stays inactive until you verify it in person.

3. How to Check Payment Info

You can either:

• Send your CNIC via SMS, or
• Enter your CNIC on the web portal

When you go to the bank:
