Realme P4 Pro Launched with iPhone 17 Pro-Inspired Design

21 August, 2025 17:08

Realme has officially unveiled its new P4 series in India, and the Pro model is already attracting attention due to its design, which closely resembles the leaked rear design of Apple’s upcoming iPhone 17 Pro.

With Apple’s next lineup still about three weeks away, Realme has jumped ahead, presenting a familiar-looking camera setup that many tech followers believe mirrors the iPhone 17 Pro’s aesthetics. Anyone who has tracked Apple leaks will notice the similarity, sparking debate over originality in design.

The Realme P4 Pro 5G, launched alongside the base P4 5G, is currently limited to the Indian market but is expected to make its way to Pakistan soon, though Realme Pakistan has yet to announce an official release date.

On the specs front, the device boasts a 6.8-inch AMOLED 4D Curve+ display with a 144Hz refresh rate and an impressive 6,500 nits peak brightness, protected by Gorilla Glass 7i. Powering the phone is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.

For performance enthusiasts, Realme has added an AI-backed Hyper Vision chipset, enabling BGMI to run at 1.5K resolution with 144fps, while a 7,000 sq mm AirFlow VC cooling system ensures thermal stability.

In terms of photography, the phone comes with a 50MP Sony IMX896 main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP selfie shooter, all supporting 4K 60fps video recording.

Battery performance also stands out, featuring a 7,000mAh unit with 80W fast charging and reverse charging capabilities, allowing the phone to double as a power bank.

In India, the Realme P4 Pro 5G starts at INR 24,999 (around Rs81,000) for the 8GB+128GB variant, with the 12GB+256GB version priced at INR 28,999 (around Rs94,000). However, in Pakistan, after taxes and PTA approval, the price could reach up to Rs120,000.

The base Realme P4 5G, featuring a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, is priced at INR 18,499 (about Rs60,000) and comes in stylish color options like Engine Blue and Forge Red.

Both models run on Android 15-based Realme UI 6, support 5G, Wi-Fi 6, and carry IP65/66 dust and water resistance.

For consumers seeking flagship-level features at a competitive price, the Realme P4 Pro emerges as a strong alternative, offering premium design, powerful cameras, fast charging, and long battery life.
