Heavy Rain Forecast in Karachi with Another Big Spell Ahead

The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast “more rain in Karachi today,” with light to moderate showers expected across different parts of the city, as per the latest Karachi rain news.

According to the weather update, the current spell of Karachi weather rain is likely to weaken by noon and move out of the city by evening. However, beginning August 27, another weather system is expected to impact Karachi, bringing fresh chances of rainfall.

At present, skies remain overcast, with sea breeze partially restored. Winds are blowing from the west at a speed of 15 km/h. The current temperature in Karachi is 27°C, but due to high humidity levels of 83 percent, it feels more like 31°C.

Authorities have urged citizens to stay tuned to official alerts and updates regarding Karachi rain news, as “today rain in Karachi forecasts may be issued once the new system approaches.”
