Gold prices increase in Pakistan – check new rates

Gold prices moved up again on Tuesday in both Pakistan and international markets. In the local market, the price of 24 karat gold rose by Rs 3,178 to reach Rs 406,768 per tola, while the rate for 10 grams of 24 karat gold increased by Rs 2,725 to Rs 348,746.

For 22 karat gold, the price of 10 grams climbed by Rs 9,498, now standing at Rs 319,695.

In the global market, gold prices also showed an upward trend, gaining $37 per ounce to reach $3,855.

On the other hand, silver prices saw a decline. In Pakistan, the price of 24 karat silver dropped by Rs 16 to Rs 4,776 per tola, while 10 grams of silver decreased by Rs 14 to Rs 4,094. Internationally, silver prices went down by $0.16, now at $46.77 per ounce.
