Initially, many social media users speculated that the woman in the poster was Triptii Dimri. However, it was later clarified that the actress is Aishwarya Desai — a fresh face set to be introduced by Vanga in the film.

However, the actor dismissed the speculation in an interaction with Hindustan Times. Addressing the reports, Prakash Raj said:

“Some nonsense speculations these are. I am not aware of it.”

An earlier source had alleged:

“It is also being said that Prakash Raj’s behaviour during a few instances did not go down well with the makers, prompting them to take the drastic decision of removing him from the film. As of now, there is no official confirmation, but the news is spreading rapidly in film circles.”

Despite the rumors, there has been no official confirmation regarding his removal from the project.

The first poster of Spirit had also created a massive stir online. It featured Prabhas standing shirtless with his back to the camera, revealing bruises and wounds across his body. Bandages were visible on his shoulders, back, and hands. Sporting long hair along with a thick beard and moustache, Prabhas’ intense look reminded many fans of Ranbir Kapoor’s character in Animal.

In that poster, Triptii Dimri was seen lighting a cigar for Prabhas while he held a glass in his hand, further heightening anticipation for the film.
