Aima Baig Questions the Timing of Badshah & Hania Aamir Fuss

The fuss begun when rapper Badshah’s video clip raised from press conference at the London’s The O2 Arena. During conversation with reporters Badshah was asking about the rumors flickering about Pakistani actress Hania Amir’s wedding.

Badshah mentioned that he wished to collaborated with Hania Amir but also highlight that, it only depends when Pakistan and India’s relations ties improve, and people’s sentiment from both sides allows.

He said that “any potential project would also rely on whether the sentiments of the people allow such work.”

The rapper emphasized his stance by saying that nothing is more important than the country and the sentiments of the people.

Aima Baig was not amused by the circulation of this lighthearted news amidst the ongoing global tragedies and mourning.

She commented on the video asking: “Looking and experiencing what’s happening in this world right now — and a huge tragedy just happened.”

She further added “May ALLAH grant him the highest of all RIP, but do you think this news was worth posting?”

If there was any doubt about where she stood, Baig doubled down on her Instagram stories.

“Yes, I posted this comment, but not just for any reposts or attention,” she clarified, sharing a screenshot of the comment she made. “But at least show some respect to what we are going through and what just happened, all the social media content and pages — respect, this ain’t just a joke. It’s serious and SAD. Please RESPECT and stop posting content that can wait till the mourning. And also don’t turn this into a jab at anyone, just fear God, please.”

Aima later reaffirmed her stance through Instagram stories, clarifying that she sought neither reposts nor attention. She appealed for respect, urging pages to pause and then move from airstrikes to artist banter within the same scroll. She also cautioned against using her comment as a jab at any individual.
