Oman Expresses Full Solidarity with Arab Nations at Emergency Middle East Meeting
In an emergency video conference with Arab nations and other stakeholders, Oman has expressed complete solidarity with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Arab countries regarding the escalating tensions in the Middle East. The meeting, convened to address the ongoing crisis, featured statements from Omani Foreign Minister, who strongly condemned the U.S. and Israeli military attacks as violations of international law.
According to the Omani Foreign Minister, “American and Israeli military attacks are violations of international law,” and the continuation of these attacks on Iran could further exacerbate the crisis in the region. He also warned that the current situation poses a significant threat to the global legal framework, emphasizing the urgent need for diplomatic dialogue to prevent further escalation.

He stressed the necessity of a “balanced and responsible strategy” to de-escalate the situation, highlighting that a diplomatic resolution is the only way to address the root causes of the crisis. The Omani Foreign Minister’s remarks underscore the importance of maintaining peace and stability in the region and ensuring that tensions do not spiral out of control.
The meeting concluded with a call for a unified approach among Arab nations and the international community, with an emphasis on the importance of adhering to international law and seeking peaceful solutions to the Middle East crisis.
