CJP Yahya Afridi Inaugurates Facilitation Centre in Quetta

Chief Justice of Pakistan Yahya Afridi has said the establishment of a facilitation centre in Quetta will provide litigants and lawyers with easier and more effective access to services. Addressing the inauguration ceremony, the Chief Justice said it was a matter of great pleasure for him to visit Balochistan and expressed hope that the new centre would make it easier for the public to obtain necessary assistance.

Justice Yahya Afridi said the centre has been established with the objective of providing immediate facilities to litigants and members of the legal fraternity. He added that the initiative would help make the process of access to justice more efficient and accelerate the delivery of justice to the people.

The Chief Justice expressed his desire to see similar facilitation centres established in every district and tehsil of Balochistan. He also announced that a decision had been taken to establish a Justice Fund, aimed at further supporting efforts to facilitate access to justice and improve services for the public.
