In Karachi alone, sit-in protest continues on main thoroughfares at various locations.
According to protesting parties, people have joined protest at sit-in venues from Karachi to Parachinar.
Protesters are staging sit in in Lahore, Islamabad and many other areas.
Meanwhile, Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid and Deputy Speaker National Assembly had visited Quetta.
However, their mission failed because the families demanded Prime Minister himself should come.
Another federal govt team left for Quetta for talks with Hazara Shia families of the martyrs of Machh coalmine massacre.
In series of tweets, Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Ali Haider Zaidi made this announcement on Tuesday night.
However, they too failed because Hazara Shia community refused to accept his suggestion.
They reiterated their demand that Prime Minister should arrive at the sit-in camp.
