Bilawal Bhutto takes oath as federal minister

Islamabad-Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari Wednesday took the pledge as a civil minister and is likely to be given the portfolio of the foreign ministry.

President Arif Alvi administered the pledge to the PPP leader at the Aiwan-e-Sadr, while Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, along with other civil press members, also attended the forum.
Former chairman Asif Ali Zardari and Bilawal’s family Aseefa Bhutto-Zardari were also present at the Aiwan-e-Sadr to see Bilawal take the pledge.
Federal Ministers, including Rana Sanaullah, Naveed Qamar, Khurshid Shah, Sherry Rehman, and State Minister for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar, also attended the forum.


Following taking Pledge as a civil minister, Bilawal called on President Alvi at the administration. During the meeting, matters of collective interest and other issues were bandied.
President Alvi complimented him on assuming his office.
