Why did Aamir Khan refuse to do film ‘The Legend of Bhagat Singh’?

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan revealed that he had turned down the role of Bhagat Singh in the film ‘The Legend of Bhagat Singh’.

In a recent interview, the actor said that he suggested to the director that considering Bhagat Singh’s actual age, a 20-23-year-old should get the role.

At the age of 40, Aamir Khan did not consider himself suitable for the role of Bhagat Singh.

Aamir Khan suggested Rajkumar Santoshi to cast a young actor but the director ignored Aamir Khan’s advice and cast Ajay Devgn.

Remember that Ajay Devgan’s performance in the film was appreciated and he was given the National Film Award for Best Actor.
