Tom Cruise Reunites With Prince William and Kate Middleton at Digger Premiere

Prince and Princess of Wales made an infrequent combined red carpet presence on Tuesday while attending the London premiere of Tom Cruise’s new movie, Digger.

William and Kate met Cruise at the London event, which took place at the ODEON Luxe Leicester Square. Kate seen stylish in a long purple dress by Jenny Packham that touched the floor, while William wore a proper black suit.

Tom Cruise looked happy to meet up with Wales, getting back celebrations of their 2022 meet up at the UK premiere of Top Gun: Maverick. During that moment, Cruise approached his hand to help Kate up the staircase, the movement that instantly sparked reactions on social media.

Fans remembered the old moment after the royal couple shared a video of their latest meeting with Cruise on social media. One commenter joked, “Tom did it again,” while another playfully suggested that Cruise had a soft spot for Princess Kate.

The latest outing marked William and Kate’s first movie premiere together in more than four years, following their appearance with Cruise at the Top Gun: Maverick premiere in 2022.

The event was also the 73rd Royal Film Performance, held in support of the UK’s Film and TV Charity. William and Kate met members of the cast and crew, including Cruise and director Alejandro G. Iñárritu.
