The Bristish Prime Minister Rishi Sunak in a surprise move has appointed David Cameron, the Foreign Secretary of Britain on Monday.

The former Prime Minister David Cameron has replaced James Cleverly who has now been awarded Home Secretary portfolio in the Conservatives government.

Rishi Sunak sacked home secretary Suella Braverman after she accused police of being too lenient with pro-Palestinian protesters.

David Cameron, 57, served as British prime minister from 2010 to 2016, resigning from the premiership after the outcome of the Brexit referendum, when Britain voted to leave the European Union.

“We are facing a daunting set of international challenges, including the war in Ukraine and the crisis in the Middle East”, David Cameron tweeted.
