IHC declares appointment of all PMC Council members as illegal

Islamabad-The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has declared the appointment of all members of the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) Council as illegal.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani blazoned the reticent verdict on the operations of the workers against the appointment of the PMC Council.
The court ordered to remove all PMC Council members. The appointment of PMC Council chairman Dr Arshad Taqi andvice-president Muhammad Ali Raza has been declared illegal.
The court ordered the government to run the diurnal matters till the appointment of the members. It ruled that the pension given to the PMDC workers can not be withdrawn, adding that those didn’t get the pension are ineligible for it.
