National Security Committee to devise strategy to deal with coronavirus outbreak. 

The NSC is meeting in Islamabad today to formulate a strategy to deal with the coronavirus outbreak.

Prime Minister Imran Khan will chair the meeting.

The four provincial chief ministers and the military leadership will also attend the meeting.

In her tweets on Friday, Special Assistant on Information and Broadcasting Firdous Ashiq Awan said safety and security of the people of Pakistan is our foremost priority.

She said the NSC meeting aims at uniting the entire nation on coronavirus like critical issue.

The meeting also aims at promoting cohesiveness and harmony in national efforts against the virus.

The special assistant said the meeting will take important decisions for the safety of the people. The meeting will set priorities to protect the nation from the effects of this global phenomenon.
