Pakistan asks India to allow UN HR observers and media to visit IOJK (occupied Kashmir).
Foreign Office Spokesperson Zahid Hafeez Chaudhary made this demand.

He was responding to media queries. He said that India must also allow Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, the United Nations Observers and international media to visit IIOJK.
The spokesperson called for their visit to assess the situation on ground.
He further said that India is planning another visit to Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir for the diplomats based in New Delhi as part of its efforts to mislead the world community.
However, he rejected such such guided tours as a smokescreen through which India aims at diverting international attention from India`s egregious human rights violations in IIOJK.
Besides, he said, India aims to create a false impression of ‘normalcy’.
Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi accused India of Indian ocean nuclearization with hegemonic designs.
He said, while addressing the International Maritime Conference in Karachi on Monday.
The FM further said that India has nuclearized the Indian Ocean.
He said that India continues to induct advanced weapons systems and naval delivery platforms in pursuit of its hegemonic designs.
He said the Indian Ocean offers promising potential for mutual cooperation and collaboration.
But geo-strategic competition and the pursuit of military dominance by some States have gravely jeopardized that potential.
