Pakistan asks all stakeholders for joint efforts for a stable Afghanistan.
Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said, while talking to Head of Massoud Foundation of Afghanistan Ahmad Wali Massoud.

The latter called on him in Islamabad today (Friday).
Qureshi underlined the need to keep an eye on the foreign elements which are active to spoil the Afghan peace process.
Moreover, he emphasized the need for reduction of violence in Afghanistan.
The FM said all the stakeholders need to take joint efforts for a peaceful, prosperous and stable Afghanistan.
He further said Pakistan desires peace in Afghanistan and has been playing the role of facilitator in the Afghan peace process.
He said peace in the neighboring country is important for peace in the whole region.
Shah Mahmood said intra Afghan dialogue is an important opportunity for a durable political solution of Afghan issue.
The Foreign Minister said Pakistan desires dignified return of Afghan refugees to their homeland.
He said Pakistan allocated about one billion dollars for various development projects in Afghanistan.
Meanwhile, Ahmad Wali Massoud called on Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad on Thursday.
The PMÂ said return of peace in Afghanistan will have lasting benefits for the region and beyond.
He was referring to economic development, regional trade, and improved connectivity.
Furthermore, he also highlighted full support to facilitate the US-Taliban Peace Agreement.
Besides, he highlighted Pakistan’s role in the initiation of Intra-Afghan Negotiations.
