Interior Minister briefed on border surveillance during Quetta visit today (Sunday).
He appreciated the role of Frontier Corps Balochistan in maintaining law and order in Balochistan province.

Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmad said the government is taking all possible steps to ensure peace in Balochistan.
He also spoke to to IG FC North Major General Muhammad Yousuf Majoka.
Furthermore, he got a detailed briefing on operational readiness, border surveillance and law and order.
He vowed that the government would ensure implementation of all points of the National Action Plan.
Moreover, he vowed to strengthen inter-provincial coordination to improve law and order.
The Interior Minister also laid a floral wreath at the Martyrs’ Memorial.
Meanwhile, Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmad visited Taftan border on Saturday.
He further said the border fencing with Iran may complete by the end of this year.
The Interior Minister said that forty percent work on the fencing has so far been completed.
He further said that Pakistan government would ensure border management on modern lines with Iran and Afghanistan.
Sheikh Rashid said that all resources will be utilized for external security of the country.
Meanwhile, the Interior Minister also directed the authorities concerned to further improve facilities for the Zaireen.
On the other hand, Pakistan and Iran have formally reopened another border crossing.
However, as per reports, the third border crossing may also reopen shortly.
