While addressing an interactive session with journalists-cum-digital media influencers, President Dr Arif Alvi expressed these views. The event held at the Aiwan-e-Sadr.

President Alvi said that the government of Prime Minister Imran Khan is heading in right direction.

He further said the govt is taking effective steps for economic stability.

Moreover, he noted the government is also overcoming the challenge of Coronavirus pandemic.

He said that digital media could act as an effective tool to bring reformation in the society through dissemination of public awareness messages.

Furthermore, he stressed responsible use of social media with a constructive approach.

He urged them to highlight issues concerning the common man in particular.

Meanwhile, Dr Arif Alvi also lauded the role of mainstream and social media during the Coronavirus pandemic for educating the public about healthcare precautions.
