IHC orders PM to review decision of appointing Hanif Abbasi as SAPM

Islamabad-The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to review the decision of appointing PML-N leader Hanif Abbasi as Special Assistant to Prime Minister (SAPM).

The IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah conducted a hail on the operation filed by former innards minister Shiekh Rasheed against the appointment of Hanif Abbasi as SAPM.
The Chief Justice remarked that it’s veritably tragic the way courts are being indicted in public gatherings.” Do you and your confederated parties trust IHC? Justice should be done and should be seen,”he added.
On this counsel of Sheikh Rasheed said that a person who has been condemned has been made SAPM.” Kindly, stop Hanif Abbasi from working,”he requested.
The court suspended the hail till May 17.
