New timings announced for Lahore Sightseeing Bus Service

The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab has released a new updated schedule for the Sightseeing Lahore Bus Service, including new timings, routes, and ticket details for tourists.

According to the new plan, the Old City Tour will run several times a day. The timings include morning, afternoon, and evening trips starting from 10:00 AM and going until 11:00 PM. This tour covers famous places like the Lahore Fort, Badshahi Mosque, Minar-e-Pakistan, the National History Museum, and the tomb of Allama Iqbal.

Another route, the Delhi Gate Heritage Tour, will run on weekends. It includes visits to historic spots such as Delhi Gate, Shahi Hammam, Surjan Singh Street, and Wazir Khan Mosque.

For wildlife and border tourism, the Safari Zoo and Wagah tours will operate daily. The zoo tour will run in the afternoon, while the Wagah Border tour will allow visitors to watch the famous flag-lowering ceremony.

The Hiran Minar tour will be available on Saturdays and Sundays, offering guided visits and recreational activities.

Ticket prices vary depending on the tour. The city tour costs Rs. 800 for general passengers and Rs. 600 for students. Other tours have separate pricing. Senior citizens and people with disabilities can enter free of charge with valid ID.

The TDCP has advised visitors to book their seats in advance through official contact numbers during office hours.

Overall, the new schedule aims to make sightseeing in Lahore easier and more organized for both local and foreign tourists.
