Pakistan Exposes India’s Propaganda, Rejects Baseless Allegations Against Islamabad

Pakistan says Israeli attacks in Lebanon damage Middle East peace
Islamabad: Pakistan has categorically rejected the latest allegations by India’s Home Minister linking Pakistan to arrests in India, describing the claims as another attempt by New Delhi to shift attention away from its own internal security failures and political challenges.
Responding to media questions, Foreign Office spokesperson Tahir Andrabi said India’s allegations were baseless and part of what Pakistan considers a continuing propaganda campaign against Islamabad.
The spokesperson accused the Indian government of attempting to manufacture a narrative against Pakistan for narrow domestic political gains, while diverting attention from growing concerns over security, minority rights and dissent inside India.
Pakistan said unsupported allegations from Indian officials cannot erase international concerns surrounding India’s alleged activities beyond its borders.
According to Islamabad, allegations of state-sponsored terrorism, targeted killings and subversive activities attributed to Indian state actors have increasingly drawn international scrutiny.
Pakistan maintains that it has repeatedly presented evidence concerning alleged Indian involvement in destabilising activities on Pakistani soil and has urged the international community to examine the evidence objectively rather than accept politically motivated accusations.
The Foreign Office once again highlighted the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav, a former Indian naval officer arrested by Pakistani authorities in 2016.
Pakistan considers the case a significant example of what it describes as Indian state involvement in subversive activities inside Pakistan. India, however, has consistently rejected Pakistan’s allegations concerning Jadhav.
The case remains one of the most contentious issues between the two nuclear-armed neighbours and continues to feature prominently in Islamabad’s arguments regarding India’s alleged interference in Pakistan.
Islamabad further accused New Delhi of attempting to externalise its domestic security problems by repeatedly invoking Pakistan.
Pakistan argues that blaming Islamabad without presenting credible evidence is part of a broader political strategy aimed at diverting public attention from internal challenges and strengthening a nationalist narrative.
The Foreign Office also criticised what it described as India’s treatment of minorities and dissenting voices, arguing that New Delhi should address its own governance and security concerns instead of repeatedly directing accusations towards Pakistan.
Pakistan has urged the international community to examine allegations concerning Indian activities in the region and abroad and to hold any state accountable if credible evidence establishes involvement in terrorism or destabilisation.
Islamabad has reiterated that Pakistan remains committed to regional peace and stability but will continue to expose what it considers attempts by New Delhi to malign Pakistan through politically motivated accusations.
