Relive for Hassan Nawaz, Hussain Nawaz

An accountability court has approved bails of Hassan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz in three references pertaining to Al-Azizia Steel Mill, Avenfield apartments and Flagship.

Sons of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif were directed to submit Rs50,000 bonds each in aforementioned references.

Moreover, the court also cancelled the perpetual arrest warrants and fugitive status in the said cases.

The duo had to appear before the court today (Thursday) to get their perpetual arrest warrants suspended.

They were given relief by the court till March 14.

On request of the defendants’ counsel, Qazi Misbah, the court adjourned further hearing of the case till Friday (tomorrow).

Hassan and Hussain have been living in exile since 2017. Nawaz Sharif, who returned home in October last year, has already got relief in multiple NAB cases.
