Karachi Couple Introduces New Salami Trend at Their Wedding Ceremony
Shah Aun Hussain, founder of Switch Now Payment Gateway, is set to launch a new trend in Pakistan by accepting only digital salami (monetary wedding gifts) at his wedding ceremony tomorrow.
Hussain has announced that no cash or physical money will be accepted at the event, scheduled for September 5 in Clifton, Karachi. Instead, guests will be encouraged to give their wedding gifts digitally.
Shah Aun Hussain is the co-founder of Switch Now, a fintech startup and payment gateway company in Pakistan. An early-age entrepreneur, he brings over nine years of experience in business strategy and growth.
Hussain specializes in data-driven decision-making and has held key roles in various startups and companies, including Gerry’s Group and other fintech ventures. Founded in 2023, Switch Now focuses on providing innovative digital payment solutions for retailers and businesses across Pakistan, with the goal of reshaping the country’s payment systems.
