Shannon was also employed as an attorney with ManpowerGroup, a Milwaukee-based staffing firm. After reviewing the video, the company placed her on leave and later confirmed her termination, stating that she was “no longer with the organization.”

The viral video showed Shannon reacting to comments made by Ricardo Fosado, a Dodgers fan and military veteran, who was teasing Brewers supporters. During their exchange, Shannon said, “You know what, let’s call ICE.” Fosado responded by identifying himself as a U.S. citizen and war veteran.
