Iranian Air Force Personnel Describe March Operation Targeting US Base in Kuwait

Members of the Iranian Air Force have provided a detailed account of a military operation that allegedly targeted a U.S. military installation in Kuwait during heightened hostilities between Iran, the United States, and Israel earlier this year.

The account was presented during a televised broadcast on Wednesday featuring the operation’s commander and two aircrew members who said they participated in the mission aboard Iranian F-5 fighter aircraft.

According to the interviewees, the operation was carried out in early March and targeted Camp Buehring, a major U.S. military facility in Kuwait. The personnel described the planning, execution, and objectives of what they characterized as a precision strike conducted during a period of intense regional tensions.

The commander said the mission formed part of Iran’s broader military response during the conflict, while the crew members recounted operational details from the flight and the challenges encountered during the mission.
