Iranian Lawmaker Warns of Consequences if US Launches Ground Attack

Behnam Saeedi, a member of Iran’s National Security Committee, has warned that any US ground attack against Iran would result in American troops facing severe consequences. He said Iranian forces would either capture or kill US soldiers if such an operation were launched.

Saeedi also warned that any renewed military strikes against Iran could have serious repercussions for the Persian Gulf region. He claimed that a wider conflict would disrupt stability and could leave Gulf countries facing major infrastructure and energy challenges.

The remarks come amid heightened regional tensions and continued exchanges of warnings between Iranian and US officials.
