Iranian Military Spokesperson Warns of Regional Consequences if US Targets Infrastructure

A spokesperson for Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters has warned that any US attack on Iranian infrastructure would trigger a severe response, saying Iran would retaliate by targeting infrastructure across the region.

The spokesperson claimed that if the United States “dares” to strike Iran’s infrastructure, regional infrastructure would be destroyed to the extent that “it would be as if it had never existed.” The remarks represent a threat of retaliation in the event of further military escalation.

The spokesperson also said that Arab states would be “returned to the era of camels and sandals,” underscoring the severity of the warning. The comments come amid heightened tensions between Iran and the United States and continued exchanges of deterrent rhetoric from officials on both sides.
