US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has said that the United States has the capability to launch military operations against Iran on a scale rarely seen since World War II.
According to foreign media reports, Hegseth made the remarks in a statement posted on social media platform X, expressing support for President Donald Trump’s position on Iran. He said that the US military is fully prepared for any possible action and that the Pentagon remains ready to respond to any emergency situation.
Hegseth stated that American forces are at full combat readiness and available for immediate action if required.
