Iranian Forces Conduct Surprise Operations Against Jaish al-Adl in Sistan and Baluchestan

Iranian security forces have carried out two separate surprise operations against the so-called Jaish al-Adl terrorist group in southeastern Iran’s Sistan and Baluchestan Province, inflicting losses on the militants. Police spokesman General Saeed Montazer al-Mahdi said FARAJA personnel, in coordination with the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Ground Force and the Ministry of Intelligence, conducted the operations in Saravan County on Friday.

Montazer al-Mahdi said one terrorist was neutralized and six others were arrested during the operations. A substantial cache of weapons and ammunition was also recovered, including dozens of Kalashnikov assault rifles, hand grenades, RPG-7 launchers, around 20 kilograms of C-4 explosives and 150 rounds of live ammunition.

Several Starlink satellite internet terminals were also seized from the militants, according to the police spokesman. He said those arrested were directly linked to previous deadly attacks targeting Iranian security forces and IRGC personnel in the region.
