PM and Minister Al Zaidi discuss Karachi situation and easy loans to fishermen.

Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Syed Ali Haider Zaidi called on Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad today (Monday). He briefed him about the overall situation of the ports.

Moreover, they discussed provision of easy loans to the fishermen and Karachi situation.

The Prime Minister directed to take all possible steps for the financial assistance and prosperity of the fishermen.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Imran Khan underlined bringing the plundered money back to the country amongst the foremost priorities of the government.

He was talking to renowned economist Shahid Kardar in Islamabad today (Monday).

Imran Khan noted the illegal flow of money from the poor countries is the basic reason of their backwardness and poverty.

They also discussed overall economic situation and the steps to check money laundering.

Meanwhile, Chairman Naya Pakistan Housing Development Authority Anwar Ali Haider and Chairman Pakistan Islands Authority Imran Amin also met the PM.

Prime Minister Imran Khan directed to give special focus to environmental protection in construction projects in the country.

He said improvement in construction activities will create employment opportunities and stabilize the economy.

Khan further said that environmental analysis of all project is necessary in accordance to the law and the government will take all possible steps in this regard.

The Prime Minister was briefed on constructions activities and environmental protection measures in these projects during the meeting.
