While addressing a news conference in Islamabad on Wednesday, he said the true face of opposition parties stand exposed.

He further said that the government would not give NRO to the corrupt elements.

He reiterated people have rejected the narrative of alliance of opposition parties.

Murad also criticized the performance of PPP’s government in Sindh.

He said they have given nothing to the masses but poverty and destroyed the infrastructure in the province.

The minister recalled the federal government extended cash assistance of Rs12000 each to the deserving families after the breakout of Covid-19.

He noted the federal government has given historic development package to Karachi but regretted that the provincial government is doing politics on it.

The Minister said the government will complete all the development projects under the Karachi package.

PM’s adviser on Accountability

Meanwhile, adviser to Prime Minister on Accountability, Barrister Shahzad Akbar also slammed Opposition parties.

He accused them of trying to sell old narrative for acquiring national reconciliation ordinance (NRO), from the ruling party.

He said this during an interview with a private television channel.

Shahzad Akbar further said that PTI government will never compromise on corruption and money laundering cases.

Therefore, he predicted the Opposition’s efforts to get an NRO will badly fail.

Moreover, he criticized PPP leaders for benefiting from NRO in past and owning assets in foreign countries.
