Fraud case,Fawad Chaudhary sent to jail on 14 day judicial remand
Islamabad : In a fraud case, a local court on Wednesday sent former federal minister Fawad Chaudhary in jail for a 14-day judicial remand. Prior to the hearing, Fawad Chaudahry requested PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif to do his part in bringing down the political temperature in an interview with reporters. “There is a need for dialogue among all the political parties in the country,” he stated.
He said that he needed access to a doctor since he was experiencing breathing problems. “I should be allowed to meet my children,” he stated.
It has been alleged that Fawad Chaudhary accepted Rs five million as payment from a citizen for providing him with employment. The Aabpara police filed a case against him on August 22, 2022, in accordance with sections 109, 186, 188, 341 and 506 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
