Australia wicketkeeper-batter Alex Carey has taken one of the stunning catches of the ICC Champions Trophy this year.
The wicketkeeper, who is playing as a batter in the game against England, flew to his right to complete the stunning catch at mid-on position to dismiss opener Phil Salt.
Salt tried to clear the on side again, and didn’t quite all of it, as Carey moved to his right from mid-on, leaped and grabbed it one-handed high to his right.
The right-hander walked backed after scoring just 10. He hit a boundary and maximum in his six ball innings.
